Prepare 3 sets of bed linen and towels for each bed (for face and body)
We work with a period from 11am (check- out) to 3pm (check-in) to ensure the perfect cleaning of the property on a given list and its stocking-up with all necessary consumables at our expense – cleaning materials + drinks, croissants and snacks
We recommend a self-check-in process (through a small safe installed by us at the entrance), which is extremely popular lately among the visitors for short-term rental and allows them to be enter the properties at any time.
If necessary, we can arrange an employee to welcome the guest personally for an additional fee of 30 BGN.
Airbnb helps for the control of the tenants with past reviews, identity papers, and more. If there are doubts that guests intend to use the property for activities that are in violation of the accommodation rules, we will refuse the stay.
The standard cleaning fee of 25 BGN includes cleaning upon check-out, laundry, ironing and linen change
